Thank you for shopping with World Globe — Pakistan's premium kitchen and kids products store. We deliver all across Pakistan including major cities and remote areas.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Zone 1 (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 1–2 Business Days
- Zone 2 (Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Peshawar, Quetta): 2–4 Business Days
- Zone 3 (All other cities): 3–5 Business Days
- Zone 4 (Remote areas — FATA, GB, Balochistan, AJK): 5–8 Business Days

Business days: Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched same day.

PAYMENT METHODS
Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are confirmed within 24 hours via call or SMS. Processing hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Tracking number sent via WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours. Unboxing video required as proof for damage claims. Confirmed damage or loss: free replacement or full refund within 3–7 business days.

COD REFUSAL POLICY
Repeated order refusals may result in advance payment requirement or account suspension. Shipping charges (both ways) may be deducted from any refund.
